Iva’s Promotion

Congratulations to Iva Ivanova who has progressed to Key Account Consultant.

Iva started with us without any previous office/administration experience, however quickly mastered our comprehensive resourcing and interviewing process, employment pack checks and developed fantastic telephone skills.

Iva has progressed from basic staff resourcing straight to taking control of one of our key client contracts. Her friendly and outgoing personality has proved her popular among staff and clients alike and allowed her to build and retain a fantastic team of workers. Iva has successfully placed a high number of candidates at her contract over the last 3 months, and has been a great support to them not only in gaining full time employment, but on a day to day support basis within their role.

Iva’s role involves difficult staffing targets and consistent careful planning to ensure the client’s needs are met on a regular basis. The nature of our business can be demanding at times, however Iva’s proven her capabilities in managing and resolving high pressure situations through constant hard work and determination.

Iva’s commitment to continuous personal growth sees her already training on other aspects of the business at PRS, she is now furthering her recruitment knowledge and learning the payroll process. Thank you for your hard work, and well done Iva!
