Anna’s Promotion

Congratulations to Anna Laube who has progressed to Assistant Branch Manager.

Anna started with us in January 2021 and has shown great skills in People Management and dealing with key clients of ours. This includes training new staff, mastering our comprehensive resourcing and interviewing process and employment pack checks.

Anna’s friendly and outgoing personality has proved her popular among staff and clients alike and allowed her to build and retain a fantastic team of workers. She has successfully placed a high number of candidates across all our clientele and has been a great support to them not only in gaining full time employment, but on a day-to-day support basis within their role.

Anna’s role involves being responsible for not only the staff in our own office but also the people we place with our clients as well. She ensures that difficult staffing targets are met and consistently planning to ensure the client’s needs are met on a regular basis. Recruitment is a very demanding at times and Anna has proven that her skills and determination is second to none within our company.
