Why should you use a recruitment agency to find work?
So you’re in the market for a new job?
We all know that looking for a new job can be stressful, this is why we think you shouldn’t have to go through the application and interview process on your own. This is where we come in! Let’s try and outline some reasons as to why using a recruitment agency might be the best way for you.
We search for the positions for you:
Entering into a job site with an ocean of new positions can be overwhelming. It’s a time-consuming process that if you’re already in full time employment, you may not have time for! Having to research the companies, look for their open positions, write a relevant cover letter and adapting your CV can be a lengthy process.
We already have access to a huge range of open positions – a lot of these are exclusive to us so you won’t find them directly through the company. Once you’ve contacted us, we help you through the entire process.
We register your pack and gather all of the relevant details. We contact the companies and get your interviews arranged, give you all the advice and knowledge about the company and set you up for your first day at work!
Multiple applications at once
As we said above, searching and applying for positions one by one can be time-consuming. As a recruitment agency, we keep our finger on the buzzer at all times. Whereas you may only focus on one position at a time, but we will put you forward for any of the suitable positions we have available to find you the best fit.
Better job matches
Permanent Recruitment Solutions was set up to find job that are just that – Permanent. We understand that a lot of agencies are willing to take people on for short term positions, we, on the other hand, are not. We will only take on clients that are willing to offer our temps a long term, permanent position (providing they prove themselves willing to work!).
So in this case, it’s in everyone’s best interest to be able to match you to the position that is going to be best suited to you whether it be the hours, the company, the position itself or the people already employed there.
Getting feedback
We’ve all been there; when you go for an interview and you feel as though you have to wait ages to hear anything back! And sometimes, when you don’t get the job, it’s still good to know what your strengths and weaknesses in that interview were! This, again, is where we come in. We will do all of the chasing and follow ups after your interviews to ensure you’re getting the answers you’re looking for.
In addition to this, we have a wide range of knowledge between us to help out all of our candidates. Whether it be from helping you write your CV, how to nail your first interview or just providing the feedback afterwards. We like to be here for the whole process to put your mind at ease and improve your chances of getting that job offer!
Now that you’re ready, take a look at our vacancies page to see what positions we currently have available!
