Our recruitment process is quick, easily accessible and most importantly for everyone. 

 

The majority of our positions are full time ongoing, and run on a temp to perm basis. Our clients use our services to find their next long term team members, we very rarely cover the odd day shifts. We work as closely as possible with our clients to find candidates who match their values and can quickly become an asset to their team.

 

We have seen exceptional candidates rewarded by clients with promotions and pay increases during their assignment time, some of who are now the hiring or training supervisor for new workers coming in. We definitely offer more than just the preconceived ‘agency work’.

Our drive to exceed our clients expectations mean that sometimes our recruitment is so quick, some positions we immediately fill with our ready registered candidate poole and therefore the job doesn’t even go to advertising. If you are looking for work at the moment, we cannot recommend the importance of completing a registration interview with ourselves as soon as possible. On a regular basis we are able to place those who have registered in a great position within 24 hours of coming in.
