We are currently undergoing recruitment for a Fulfilment Supervisor for our long-standing client in the Welshpool area.

The starting salary for this position is £26,000 - £28,000 per annum and is a straight to permanent position. The company is a short walking distance from the train and bus station in Welshpool so has great links to public transport.

Main roles and responsibilities:

• Plan and set up workstations for incoming jobs
• Monitor team efficiency and review departmental targets to ensure the desired results
• Organise the fulfilment planner and the team to ensure the workload is completed by the strict deadlines
• General housekeeping, upkeeping cleanliness and health and safety in your department
• Perform quality control checks to a high standard
• Provide training to team members as needed and assess additional training requirements.
• Build on team strengths while identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
• Resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment aligned with the company's culture and values.
• Develop and communicate updates on work practices, procedures, and methods to the team.
• Advocate for Health and Safety and Good Distribution Practices within the department.
• Deliver accurate, real-time reports and projections to the Operations Manager promptly.
