
General Administrator – Welshpool
We’re currently undergoing recruitment for a General Administrator to join our client in the Welshpool area.
- Monday – Friday
- 37.5 Hours per week
- Salary to be discussed at interview stage
Main roles and responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls, taking messages, and directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Serving as the first point of contact for clients.
- Scheduling appointments and managing team calendars.
- Performing general administrative tasks as needed.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Skills and Requirements:
- Touch typing skills are advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively.
