FLT Driver – Continental Shift (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am, 4 on 4 off)
From £13.76 per hour
We’re seeking a reliable and safety-focused FLT Driver to support our 24/7 production and warehouse operations on a continental shift pattern. This role follows a rotating day and night schedule, working 4 days on, 4 days off, with 12-hour shifts from 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am.
You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods, loading and unloading deliveries, maintaining accurate stock movements, and ensuring materials are available to support continuous production. A strong focus on health & safety, quality, and housekeeping is essential.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid FLT licence, be comfortable working rotating day and night shifts, and enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
