We are currently undergoing recruitment for a Pick, Pack and QC Operative in the Llanymynech area. This will be a full-time position where you will be required to check and pack stock for online orders.

The starting rate for this position is £11.44 per hour and the working hours are as follows:

• Monday – Friday
• 09:00 – 17:00

Main roles and responsibilities:

• Accurately pick plain stock as needed.
• Ensure product consistency and neatness before packing.
• Inspect and pack plain stock orders.
• Prioritise and pick stock for print orders according to the priority list.
• Manage stock, moving from Warehouse to Fulfilment to restock
  shelves ready for order picking, and moving between bins in Warehouse for optimum
  access and use of storage space.
• Regularly move and replenish bulk stock in pick bays as necessary.
• Count and maintain accurate stock levels at all times.
• Perform initial quality control on bulk stock deliveries, recording and reporting precise and timely information.
• Conduct quality tests for size, fabric, and colour consistency by measuring and comparing samples.
• Quality check for colourfastness and shrinkage through hand washing, machine washing, drying (line and tumble), and ironing.
• Maintain accurate computer and paper records as required.
• Dispatch goods daily through designated couriers.
• Manage rejected stock, prepare it for sale, and add it to inventory.
• Assist in production processes as needed.

• FLT License is advantageous and has the potential to come with a higher rate
