We are currently looking to recruit an experienced project manager to join our client in the Oswestry area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a high-profile client in the construction sector.

This is a starting salary of £55,000 per annum, with flexible working options after a successful probationary period and a company car provided.

Main roles and responsibilities:

• Oversee various high profile construction sites.
• Manage and lead site teams
• Ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and safely, with a focus on project specifications
• Oversee the planning and successful execution of construction projects, ensuring that they meet the high standards expected within the luxury construction sectors
• Monitor progress within the projects including; budgets, timelines and any necessary adjustments needed to meet project goals
• Coordinate with all clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure a seamless delivery of all projects
• Report back to the senior managers on a regular basis – this will include project status, any risks and issues that require attention.
• Ensure the team are all complying with the health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of strict health and safety on site.

Skills and requirements we are looking for:

• Proven previous experience in managing construction sites
• A strong background in leisure, hotel or luxury residential sectors
• Exceptional problem solving and organisational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous successful experience in leading and motivation teams with a strong focus on delivering high quality results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain working relationships with suppliers, clients, stakeholders and your own team
• Excellent communication skills
