We are currently undergoing recruitment with a new construction company within the local area! The company base is in Oswestry, but you will be expected to work in varying locations due to the nature of the job.

The 2 main positions we are looking to fill are as follows;

Labourers:

• £15.00 per hour

Skilled Tradesperson:

• £18.00 per hour

It is expected that hours will be roughly 40 – 60 per week on average. You will also be provided with work shoes, some tools and a company van will be supplied.

Main roles and responsibilities:

All of the following will vary, dependant on job roles, and all tasks will be spread across multiple high-profile sites. You will expected to maintain the high working standards that are expected in luxury construction.

• Support the tradesmen on various construction sites
• Material handling
• General site housekeeping and clean ups
• Site set ups
• Following health and safety to ensure all working areas are safe and organised
• Performing a range of trades
• Brick work
• Plastering
• Carpentry
• Working collaboratively as a part of a team
• Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE

Skills and requirements we are looking for in a candidate:

• All candidates must hold a valid CSCS card
• A Full Clean, UK driving license
• Strong work ethic
• Clear ability to follow instruction and work efficiently
• Have proven experience in one or multiple trades – i.e. bricklaying, plastering, carpentry
• You will be required to travel to different locations across multiple sites
• Have some tools of your own although some will be provided by the company
• Have a commitment to delivering high standards of work for luxury clients
• 2 years previous experience is advantageous, but not essential
