
Business Administration Assistant – Wrexham
We are currently undergoing recruitment for a Business Administration Assistant to join our dynamic client on the Wrexham Industrial Estate. This is a full-time position for an individual to assist in supporting the sales team.
The starting rate for this role will be £11.44 per hour and the working hours are as follows:
- Monday – Thursday
- 08:00 – 16:15 (Some flexibility around this is available)
Main roles and responsibilities:
- Strong computer skills and a friendly demeanour both in person and over the phone are essential for Front Office responsibilities.
- Assist with and manage a range of administrative tasks within the Sales department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data extraction and presentation is required.
- Handle sales order processing and archiving.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous, but not essential.
- Answering calls, redirecting messages, and processing sales and purchasing orders in the SAP system.
- Transferring customer-provided schedules and work orders into the SAP system.
- Perform other reception and office duties as required.
- No cold calling required.
- Comprehensive training will be provided.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working within the manufacturing sector or similar is advantageous, but not essential.
- Some IT skills are required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working across various departments.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Highly organised
- Be capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast -paced setting.
