We are currently undergoing recruitment for Welders/Fabricators in the Welshpool area. The position has excellent rates of pay and has 2 different shift patterns to choose from:

40 Hour Week:

• Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 17:00
• Friday: 07:30 - 11:30
• £30,000+ per annum

45 Hour Week:

• Monday - Thursday: 06:30 - 17:00
• Friday: 06:30 - 11:00
• £36,000+ per annum

Roles and Responsibilities

• Working with a variety of metals and materials
• Fabrication of products
• Completing work from engineering drawings
• JIG based Welding (production)
• MIG welding
• Various duties assigned to you.

Qualities we are looking for in a candidate

• The ability to read engineering drawings.
• Competent in the use of workshop machinery, saws, grinders and drills etc
• High attention to detail
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Experience and Qualifications

• City & Guilds/NVQ in Fabrication or Welding or equivalent desirable
• Full UK driving licence.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience
• Welding test required upon interview
