About the Role

We're looking for a creative, driven and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to become a key part of our growing business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, building a brand, and helping a business grow.

As the face of our marketing, you'll be responsible for increasing our online presence, creating compelling content, and ensuring our brand reaches the right audience. You'll work closely with management to develop marketing campaigns that generate interest, attract new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
• Upload daily posts to promote the business, products, and services.
• Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns.
• Increase brand awareness and grow our online audience.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Create promotional materials, graphics, and marketing content.
• Update and maintain the company website where required.
• Work with different departments to promote new products, services, and company news.
• Analyse campaign performance and produce reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
• Assist with exhibitions, events, and promotional activities when required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or social media role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for content creation.
• Experience using social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Confident working independently while contributing to a wider team.
• A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for helping a business grow.
