We are currently recruiting for Production Operative to join a market leading manufacturing team based in the Montgomery area.

This will be a Full-Time position, starting at £11.25 per hour, including a 12.5% shift allowance.

You will be required to work alternating shifts:
AM: Monday – Thursday – 6am to 2:15pm
AM: Friday – 6am to 2:30pm
PM: Monday – Thursday – 2pm to 10:15pm
PM: Friday – 2pm to 10:30pm

The position will involve general duties around the factory/warehouse including:

• Production Line duties
• General cleaning and tidying duties
• Packing/Labelling
• Getting products ready for dispatch.
• No previous experience is required for the role, job training will be given on arrival.
• The position will involve some manual handling, and standing up for long periods, however no extreme heavy lifting.

Qualities that we are looking for from candidates include:

• Physically able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to maintain strong attention to detail whilst continuously quality checking products
• Reliable and able to commit to the relevant shift pattern with minimal absence
• Able to work at a continual fast pace to ensure daily production targets are met
• Candidates must have suitable work shoes and adhere to business PPE policies.
• Good timekeeping
• Reliable
• Hard working and team player
• Due to the location of the client, a driving license would be beneficial.
