We’re currently undergoing recruitment for a Weighbridge Operator to join our client in the Llansantffraid area.

This is a full-time, temporary position (With the potential to go permanent for the right candidate)

• Rotating shift pattern
• 06:00 – 14:30
• 11:30 – 20:00
• Saturday mornings (Rota basis) 08:00 – 13:00
• £12.21 P/H
• Overtime paid at time and a third for any hours worked over 40 per week

Main roles and responsibilities:

• Operating the weighbridge system accurately and efficiently.
• Recording data on the company computer system and issuing weight tickets to drivers.
• Checking and filing delivery paperwork, raising queries with Manufacturing, Logistics, or Trading teams as needed, and producing stock reports when required.
• Supporting the Quality Control department by collecting, preparing, sampling, and analysing raw materials and finished products using lab equipment.
• Following all quality control procedures and reporting any significant non-conformance issues with feed produced on site.

Skills and Requirements:

• Can accurately carry out both administrative and quality control tasks in a busy environment.
• Is able to prioritise and manage their workload effectively.
• Has strong communication skills and is confident using a range of computer software.
• Ideally has experience in a similar role or within an office-based environment (desirable, but not essential).
