A word from our MD

Since our last word, things have gone from Strength to Strength at Permanent Recruitment Solutions!

We started 2023 with a goal of increasing our client base and to expand the company to a different level. This has really paid off for us! Due to the teams’ hard work and dedication, we have been able to split the recruitment plans into 2 divisions.

After lots of hard work from the team, we have produced record hours, record revenues and a record number of new clients for the year! This, to me, proves that hard work and doing things the right way always pays off! We have increased our network of sponsorship by sponsoring the next generation of footballers in the local area. You may have seen our post about us sponsoring Llanidloes Juniors FC and Trewern FC with their new tracksuit for this season. I feel it’s really important to invest in local sports at all age groups.

We continue to build valuable networks in the area and strengthen our position and hope to expand the company into other areas in the near future.

Due to the increase in our clients’ needs and successful winning of new local clients we have also expanded our team in the office with the introduction of 2 new staff, Tom and Matt. We also gave some well-deserved promotions for Amanda (Key Account Consultant), Jack (Senior Consultant) and Iva (Branch manager).
