A word from our MD

We have had a great start to 2024 and continue to grow as a company year on year.

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary last month and, looking back, we have made huge strides in getting to where we are now.  I feel going forward, we are building a very strong team to navigate through a very competitive market. Permanent Recruitment Solutions have proven that by running our business the right way, it pays off in the long run.

I think it’s really important to drive the business forward as we see our hard work paying off.  We continue to support our key clients while still gaining new ones. I am also pleased to announce an International client who has given us bookings locally and in Europe. This relationship may also give us an international appeal to other future clients.

During the past 10 years, we have consistently supported local companies and invested in the local community.  We feel that every area needs support, so we have supported local football teams such as Llanidloes Juniors, Berriew FC, Kerry FC, Trewern FC and Guilsfield FC.

As with any successful company, there has to be a good team in the office and good support network, with that in mind, we would like to thank Ben at Reliant and Olly at Rutu for their fantastic back up support with our IT and Website design support and our internal PRS staff that have worked all hours to meet client needs.
